Warm up for 10 minutes with your exercise or machine of choice.
Perform the below for 30 seconds each with a 30 second or 1 minute rest and then move on to the next exercise in the list.
1) Mountain climbers on sliders
2) Bench toe taps
3) Skaters on sliders (Right leg)
4) Skaters on sliders (left leg)
5) Ab roll outs with sliders
6) Double unders
7) Bench jump overs
8) Pikes with sliders
9) Bench Toe taps while moving
10) Skaters with a jane fonda Right leg
11) Skaters with a jane fonda left leg
12) Push up and elbow touches with sliders
13) Bench jump overs with a burpee
Cool down with five minutes of stretching.
