Are You on a Calorie Deficit and Still Hungry?

This is my second week carb cycling and I started getting hungry on day three and the cravings really started to kick in. The first two days of no carbs were a piece of cake but day three I was so tired. Luckily I found these to get through the hunger pains.

I found these at Costco and was pretty surprised because they are actually really good. One package is pretty big and makes a ton of noodles so I split it in half and used one package for two meals. Each serving was only 12 calories, 0g of fat, 2.5g of carbs and 0g of protein. These were easy to make and you literally just have to open and rinse and eat. You can cook them or eat cold. If you don't have a Costco around you, I also like these. You have to cook them like the directions say and if you do, they also taste amazing. These are zero calories and so you can eat as much as you want to. I add them to my meats and put a little Patsy G Mustard on them or chili sauce and I am good to go. Angel hair pasta is my favorite. I also promised I would give you my macros since switching to carb cycling so here they are:

Day 1

I eat carbs and my macros are:

Fat: 77g

Carbs: 186g

Protein: 461

That is around 3400 calories

Day 2-4

I cut all carbs and only eat veggies and meats and my macros are:

Fat: 73g

Carbs: 34g

Protein: 445

After day 4, I evaluate where my physique is then make changes accordingly. I either repeat the cycle or change things up.
