New Leg Workout Posted!
One thing I have been doing this past year is bringing up my legs. I am 6'2" and its not easy.
I did legs on Sunday and today is Tuesday and I am still sore so I wanted to share the workout with you guys.
I decided when I find a good one and it makes me hurt, I am going to share it with you. I like to switch it up. High volume, low volume, super sets and drop sets. You need to ALWAYS mix things up to make them respond. This is why I also go to Pilates. It helps.
