Dumbbell Lat Pull-over Tip

When training back, the lat pull over is one move I like to implement in my training. I have heard people say, “I feel it in my chest, not my back.”

If this is you, make sure you are really arching that back and when you come up squeeze those lats. In fact squeeze them and isolate them the entire time. From extension to the contraction.
