Workout Tip - Straight Leg Dead Lift Using a Barbell

Barbell stiff legged deadlift –Come up all the way and squeeze your glutes. Push your hips back, and keep your chest arched to really help with the hamstring stretch here. Don’t force the stretch. Let it come each set. Before you come down, flex those glutes and keep them flexed. I warm up twice and then do four sets of 8-12. _____________________________________________________ Barbell deadlift con piernas rígidas -Vete hasta el final y aprieta los glúteos. Empuja las caderas hacia atrás y mantén el arco arqueado para ayudar realmente con el estiramiento de los isquiotibiales aquí. No fuerces el estiramiento. Deja que venga en cada set. Antes de bajar, flexione los glúteos y manténgalos flexionados.
