Don't let one bad moment stop you from achieving your goals.
Things often happen to us during the week that can stop us from checking off all the weekly tasks we would like to accomplish. This can also include going to the gym or getting cardio in or missing a meal. I try to have a schedule for the week, but life happens right?
This week was no different. I had a flat where my tire was punctured, worked very late hours and caught my rice on fire in the kitchen last night because I was working on my laptop and not paying attention.
Listen to the video and it may help you not feel defeated. A bad moment shouldn’t ruin your goals for the week. You just have to rearrange some things in your life to make it up.
