Quarantine Band leg Workout

Being in quarantine like everyone else is a time to get creative and a time to be monetarily conscious. I remember when my gym first closed down, I was kind of panicking. I kept wondering, "what am I going to do?" Then people started dying and really being affected and the gym should be the least of my worries.

I noticed everyone freaking out and trying to buy up all the gym equipment. I remember going to Academy and Walmart and searching on Amazon and then asking myself, "do I really want to spend all this money for items that I will not use once this stay at home is lifted?"

Going to school for my MBA in Finance does that to me. I don't think I freely spend money like a normal person would. I think about things and how that money will be wasted because I know for me personally, I wont use this stuff once I can get back to my regular routine.

I have bands that I use and have always used. I decided to take them out and my jump rope and think outside the box and get creative, save my money and make it work. I also started riding my bike outside again, cut some calories and am doing just fine.

I want to document this time and also for people that dont care to go to a gym. You can see that all you need is a little persistence, a goal and inexpensive equipment and you can make it work for you! I have about three pairs of those and then three others that I use single and they are different resistance levels. I also had these before quarantine and use them in the gym.
